Return Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The return period begins on the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom-made items may have different return policies. Please contact us before placing your order if you have questions about returns for custom products. Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for return.

Return Conditions

To process your return, items must meet the following conditions: they must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached; they must be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included; they must not show any signs of wear, damage, or use; and they must not have been installed or modified in any way.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our requirements, we may charge a restocking fee or refuse the return entirely.

Cost of Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective item or an incorrect product. If you are returning an item due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For standard returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within the return period using the contact information provided below. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item. All returns must include the return authorization number.

Please package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include all original documentation. Ship the item to the address we provide with your return authorization. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made products that have been specifically manufactured to your specifications, items that have been installed or altered, clearance or final sale items, and items that have been damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable. If you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before making your purchase.

You may cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our return policy. Custom orders may not be cancellable once production has begun.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process. Cancellation requests are subject to our approval and may not be possible for orders that have already entered production or shipping.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a discount or promotion on your original order, the refund amount will reflect the actual price paid, not the original list price.
